Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to take a lead on the design, development, and delivery of cloud-based solutions on Microsoft Azure. This role combines strong technical expertise with proven leadership capabilities to guide a team of approximately 10 cloud engineers and developers. The ideal candidate will drive architectural decisions, ensure high-quality solution delivery, and foster a collaborative, high-performance engineering cultures.



The work model for the role is: onsite



This role is contributing to the Electrification Distribution Solutions & Service divisions.



You will be mainly accountable for:

Technical Leadership & Architecture

Lead end-to-end solution design and implementation of cloud-native solutions leveraging Azure services (App Services,Functions,Kubernetes, APIManagement, Storage, etc) Define cloud architecture patterns, development standards, and best practices. Conduct code reviews, design reviews, and provide hands-on technical guidance. Oversee cloud security, performance optimization, scalability, and cost management strategies. Evaluate and implement emerging cloud technologies and frameworks.

Team Leadership & Management

Manage and mentor a team of

~10 cloud developers/engineers

, supporting their professional growth and performance. Plan and allocate resources across projects according to priorities and deadlines. Promote a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. Facilitate collaboration with cross-functional teams including DevOps, security, product owners, and stakeholders.

Project & Delivery Management

Collaborate with product and project managers to define requirements, timelines, and milestones. Ensure successful delivery of cloud applications and services from concept to deployment. Identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks. Drive agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Stakeholder Engagement

Translate business requirements into scalable and secure cloud architectures. Communicate technical decisions, solution designs, and project updates to leadership and stakeholders. Partner with internal and external teams to ensure architectural alignment and solution quality.

Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)

Bachelor's Degree in IT/Computer Science discipline Proven experience leading and managing technical teams (min 8-12 people) Strong proficiency in cloud-native development using C#, .NET, Python, or similar languages. 10+years Solution & Enterprise Architecture experience (Cloud & on-prem architecture, Integrations, large-scale system design and implementation) Strong leadership and & result oriented Fluent spoken and written English Ability to create, develop and evaluate practical solutions from complex topics with multiple stakeholder interests.
