The job holder will be responsible for implementing various workload related to Microsoft Technologies for our customer base. The jobholder should be highly motivated individual with a solid technical background. The ideal candidate should have experience in providing highly scalable and reliable cloud solutions using Microsoft Active Directory / Exchange /Skype for Business / Office 365 and Azure

Responsibilities

• 
  Hands-on expertise in implementing, consolidating, migrating (cross platform) large complex environments.
• Drive client workshops to demonstrate product capabilities and gather customer requirements.
• Analyze requirements and design technical solutions to meet business goals, objectives and functional/non-functional requirements in alignment with architectural standards.
• Drive Messaging Migration solutions using Microsoft Exchange / Lync / SharePoint / System Center /.Virtualization.
• Work with other team members and leaders, proactively identify and mitigate/resolve risks and issues.
• Migrate, Implement the office 365 environments.
• Experience on Windows PowerShell and AD.
• Users Management and configuration on Office365 Portal
• Foster senior level client relationships and engage with senior level client stakeholders to gather requirements, develop plans and drive solution success.
• Troubleshooting of issues on AD, AD connect, ADFS, Relay Server, Exchange Server, Office365 E3 and EMS E3.
• Capture and share best-practice knowledge amongst the messaging solution architect community.
• Act as a technical liaison between customers, service engineering teams and support.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into reusable technical offerings/solution.

• Graduate, Computer Science Engineering or equivalent work experience with over 5+ years of relevant work experience,
• Experience working in a Services organization in a consulting capacity is strongly preferred. Experience working on multi-phase global implementations is preferred.
• Having Microsoft Certifications (M365, Azure)
• Experience in delivery complex projects in Messaging and O365.
• Experience with executing quick technical feasibility and proposal development.
• Good understanding of Active Directory.
• Knowledge and experience on Office365 E3, E5 Functionality.
