About the internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Collaborate with the development team to design, build, and maintain the cloud infrastructure which involves setting up and managing cloud resources, optimizing performance, and ensuring scalability and security
2. Work closely with our IoT devices and sensors to gather data from electric bicycles & develop efficient data processing pipelines and storage solutions to handle large volumes of data generated by our fleet
3. Assist in the development and maintenance of RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless communication between the electric bicycles and our mobile/web applications. Ensure API reliability, security, and documentation
4. Integrate different components of the cloud backend system and conduct rigorous testing to identify and resolve any issues
5. Maintain clear and concise documentation of the cloud backend architecture, APIs, and processes to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team
6. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in cloud technologies and recommend improvements to enhance the performance and efficiency of the cloud backend system

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor\'s or master\'s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
2. Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure
3. Familiarity with programming languages like Python, Node.js, or Java for backend development
4. Basic understanding of RESTful API design principles
5. Experience with data storage solutions like databases (SQL/NoSQL) and data processing technologies
6. Knowledge of version control systems like Git is a plus
