Enterprise Architecture operates across the business and domain portfolios.

Overall, the functions aim is to:

• Unite Business, Technology and Data strategies into a technology roadmap
• Lead the transformation of Fidelity\'s technology estate
• Align innovation with strategy and business need
• Provide strategic thought-leadership for Fidelity
• Commission key strategy change and drive adoption
• Ensure efficient use of change investment leading to maximum business value return
• Operate across technical, organisation and process challenges to drive design of enterprise solutions.
• Instigate and direct Delivery\xe2\x80\x99s regulatory and compliance engagement, verifying success through governance checks
• Educate technology and business on solutions and technologies that are relevant for the strategies

Purpose of the Role

This role is for a Business Analyst who will focus on the cloud governance portfolio covering all of Fidelity\xe2\x80\x99s core business channels. The successful candidate will be able to grasp complex multi-regional regulatory requirements and processes. The successful candidate will be expected to interact with all levels of the cloud transformation community as well as provide training/coaching for delivery teams and coud account owners.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting teams to manage their cloud attestations required for AWS/Azure on-boarding and continuous reviews and audits.
• Coaching and hands-on training supervising the governance processes
• Acting as a proxy with product teams, facilitating open communication with the control owners and cloud operations
• Engage with people and stakeholders at all levels
• Mapping and documenting processes, creating and presenting process improvement reports /artefacts
• The ability to translate legislation, regulations and policy into business requirements
• Production of high quality written and visual analytical outputs
• Gathering, processing, analysing data to identify process performance areas
• Monitoring/reviewing the efficiency of updated workflows
• Collaborate with teams across multiple locations and countries

Experience and Qualifications Required

• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in virtual teams in a diverse environment
• Knowledge of risk awareness and controls managing potential consequences of change
• Methodical and thorough approach to analysis but able to strike a balance between time available and the quality / level of detail of the output
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and able to manage key relationships on behalf of the work stream to secure buy-in
• Proven experience of working with business subject matter experts to elicit business requirements and articulate these in plain English language suitable for delivery
• Hands-on analyst with subject matter expert level knowledge and track record of delivery
• Flexible and positive attitude \xe2\x80\x93 with \xe2\x80\x9ccan-do\xe2\x80\x9d approach, a self-starter that \xe2\x80\x9ccan think on your feet\xe2\x80\x9d
