:Cloud API Developer### Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cloud API Developer with expertise in Python, and REST API development to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-performance, scalable, and secure applications and services for our IoT ecosystem. This role involves a mix of backend development, cloud services integration using AWS IoT, and API development to ensure seamless communication between our devices, cloud infrastructure, and client applications.
### Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable backend services using Python.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs to support frontend applications and external integrations.
- Work with AWS IoT services to connect, manage, and secure IoT devices and data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features and services.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications and services.
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies and frameworks to maximize development efficiency.
- Participate in code reviews, write unit tests, and contribute to maintaining high code quality standards.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues as they arise.### Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an API Developer or similar role, with a strong focus on Python.
- Experience developing RESTful APIs and familiarity with API testing tools.
- Knowledge of frontend technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.### Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with IoT device management and security.
- Solid understanding of AWS IoT services and architecture.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of additional cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, Google Cloud) is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Certifications related to AWS, Python, or IoT.
- Strong understanding of database technologies, both SQL and NoSQL.
