Overview Seeking 2 experienced Enterprise Data Architects to support our Specialty Lines (SL) and CRMinitiatives starting early 2026. The role focuses on designing and managing enterprise-wide data architecture to ensure data consistency, integrity, and accessibility across the organization. Key Responsibilities o Develop and maintain enterprise data architecture frameworks supporting SL and CRM systems. o Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into data architecture solutions. o Define data standards, policies, and governance strategies to ensure high data quality and compliance. o Lead the integration of data from multiple sources into a cohesive enterprise data model. o Support data migration, data warehousing, and master data management initiatives. o Provide architectural guidance and best practices for data management and analytics. o Ensure alignment of data architecture with overall enterprise architecture and business objectives. o Evaluate and recommend data management tools and technologies. o Mentor and guide junior data architects and data management teams. Qualifications o Proven experience as an Enterprise Data Architect or similar role. o Strong knowledge of data modeling, database design, and data integration techniques. o Experience with insurance domain or SL (Specialty Line Insurance) and CRM systems is highly desirable. o Familiarity with data governance frameworks and compliance standards. o Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. o Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, CDMP) are a plus.
