Job Description

Role summary o Seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager with deep domain expertise in data platforms, analytics, and data engineering o 15+ years of experience delivering complex technical programs, with substantial experience focused on data platforms, analytics. o Lead end-to-end planning and execution of large-scale data programs (data platform migrations). o Define program vision, strategy, roadmap, success metrics, milestone plans, and clear release criteria in partnership with product and engineering leaders. o Coordinate cross-functional teams o Track dependencies, risks, assumptions and drive mitigation plans; escalate appropriately to leadership when needed. o Drive architecture and implementation trade-off discussions with technical leads to ensure scalable, reliable, and cost-effective solutions. o Own program-level reporting and communications for stakeholders and executive leadership; present progress, risks, and outcomes. o Manage prioritization across multiple initiatives balancing business value, technical debt, compliance, and resource constraints. o Establish and drive program governance, SLAs, post-launch retrospectives, and continuous improvement processes. o Partner with Security, Privacy, and Legal on data governance, compliance, lineage, and access controls. o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a metrics-driven approach to measuring program success. o Experience managing budgets, vendor relationships, and contracting for third-party data tools or cloud services. o Background in machine learning platform enablement, model operationalization (MLOps), or analytics productization. o Certifications such as PMP, CSM, SAFe PM, or equivalent program management credentials. o Mentor and enable other program managers and technical leads; grow program management capability within the organization. o Required experience & qualifications
