About the Role
Arth Life is looking for an enthusiastic and confident
Exhibition Assistant
who can represent the brand at exhibitions, handle customers, and achieve sales targets. This is a
field sales role
involving frequent travel across India to different exhibition locations.
Key Responsibilities
Represent Arth Life at exhibitions, trade fairs, pop-ups, and events.
Set up and manage the brand stall, display clothes attractively, and maintain stock.
Engage with customers confidently and promote products effectively.
Explain product features, fabrics, sizes, and styling to customers.
Achieve sales targets and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Handle billing, invoicing, and basic cash/UPI transactions.
Travel to different cities across India for exhibitions (short-term trips).
Maintain records of sales, stock movement, and customer queries.
Assist with packing, loading/unloading stock & booth setup.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum
2
year of experience in selling clothes/apparel(retail, exhibitions, stores, or field sales).
Strong English communication; Hindi and local language skills are a plus.
Confidence in customer interaction and sales closing.
Ability to travel frequently and manage exhibitions independently.
Good presentation and grooming standards.
Customer-centric mindset and positive attitude.
Ability to manage stock and handle basic admin tasks.
