We are looking for a motivated and customer-friendly

Cloth Sales Assistant

to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting clothing items, provide styling suggestions, ensure the store is well-presented, and achieve sales targets by delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and understand their needs, preferences, and style requirements. Assist customers in selecting clothing, fabric, and accessories. Provide styling advice and product knowledge to enhance customer experience. Maintain proper display of stock, ensure garments are neatly arranged, and replenish items when required. Handle billing, exchanges, and returns smoothly. Keep track of stock levels and inform the supervisor about fast-moving or low-stock items. Build long-term customer relationships through personalized service. Meet individual and team sales targets. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the store at all times.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass (Graduate preferred). Prior retail/fashion sales experience preferred but not mandatory. Good communication skills (Hindi/English). Strong customer service and persuasion skills. Presentable personality with a keen interest in fashion and trends. Ability to work in a team and handle peak business hours.
