Identify and source potential clients through online platforms, networking, referrals, events, and marketing campaigns.
Maintain and manage a lead database (e.g., CRM system) to track communication and follow-ups.
Qualify leads based on buying intent, financial capacity, and property interest.
Collaborate with marketing to optimize campaigns and messaging for lead conversion.
Build relationships with brokers, developers, and investors to expand lead sources.
Closing (Transaction Management):
Guide clients through the property purchase or sale process from offer to closing.
Coordinate with legal, financial, title, and escrow partners to ensure timely and accurate documentation.
Ensure compliance with all real estate laws and internal procedures throughout the transaction process.
Resolve client concerns and transaction issues promptly to avoid deal fall-throughs.
Manage closing timelines, ensure funds are transferred, and documentation is completed accurately.
