Key Responsibilities
Handle
pre-qualified / hot leads
provided by the company.
Conduct
site visits
, and property presentations.
Convert leads into
token / booking confirmation
.
Manage pricing discussions, offers, and customer negotiations.
Take complete ownership of
follow ups
, client nurturing, and closure funnel.
Coordinate with CRM, legal, and finance teams for documentation.
Ensure a smooth customer experience from enquiry to booking.
Required Experience
3-7 years of experience
in real estate sales closing (residential preferred).
Proven track record of
consistent closures
and meeting monthly targets.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to understand buyer psychology.
Excellent communication (English, Hindi, Marathi).
