Closing Managers Ultra-Luxury Real Estate (South Mumbai)We are seeking high-performing Closing Managers for an exclusive ultra-luxury residential project catering to Ultra High Net-Worth Individuals (Ultra HNIs) in South Mumbai.

Lead and close high-value transactions with Ultra HNI clientele Handle exclusive site visits and personalized client engagements Build strong relationships with premium buyers and channel partners Drive negotiations and ensure smooth deal closures Maintain accurate client data and sales reporting
Ideal Candidate Profile

Minimum 4+ years of proven closing experience in B2B/B2C sales or high-ticket real estate Consistent academic performance with 60% or above in 10th, 12th, and Graduation Stable career track record with reputed organizations Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills Highly driven, process-oriented, and capable of handling end-to-end closures independently
