Job Description

The Closing Manager is a high-impact role responsible for the final stage of the customer journey. You will take over qualified leads from the Sourcing team, conduct project presentations and site visits, and utilize expert negotiation skills to convert prospects into confirmed bookings. Your goal is to maximize the "Visit-to-Booking" ratio and meet monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities



Deal Conversion:

Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective buyers at the project site to explain project USPs, floor plans, and financial benefits.

Negotiation:

Drive the final negotiation process, including pricing, payment plans, and inventory selection, to secure the booking.

Site Management:

Ensure the site experience is premium for the customer; manage walk-ins and pre-scheduled site visits efficiently.

Stakeholder Coordination:

Work closely with the Sourcing Team (for lead handovers) and the CRM/Documentation team (for post-booking formalities and KYC).

Channel Partner (CP) Support:

Assist Channel Partners in closing their clients by providing expert intervention and closing support.

Market Intelligence:

Stay updated on competitor pricing, offers, and local market trends to handle customer objections effectively.

Reporting:

Maintain accurate data in the CRM regarding closure status, follow-ups, and reasons for lost leads.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
