Coordinate with the sales team and customers to ensure all documents related to booking, agreement to sell (ATS), and registration are completed.Facilitate signing of legal agreements and ensure all compliance requirements are met (RERA, stamp duty, registration, etc.).Oversee KYC collection and verification process.
2. Payment Coordination
Follow up with customers for timely payment as per the payment schedule.Coordinate with finance team for invoicing, receipts, and reconciliation.Escalate payment delays and assist in recovery efforts when necessary.
3. Customer Communication
Act as the single point of contact for customers from booking to handover.Provide regular updates to customers regarding project progress, payment dues, registration process, etc.Address and resolve customer concerns or queries related to the closing process.
4. Internal Coordination
Liaise with Legal, Finance, CRM, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution of closing-related processes.Work closely with the CRM team to update and maintain accurate records in the system.
5. Handover Management
Manage pre-handover formalities including final payment, snagging, and documentation.Coordinate property handover process ensuring all dues are cleared and documentation is complete.Maintain handover checklist and ensure compliance with internal SOPs.
6. Reporting & Compliance
Maintain updated trackers for documentation, collections, and handovers.Generate reports on closures, pending payments, and customer status.Ensure compliance with RERA and other regulatory requirements.
