Roles & Responsibilities - Sales & Closing Manager (Real Estate)



Generate and qualify leads through calls, walk-ins, networking, and channel partners. Understand client requirements and present suitable project options with complete product knowledge. Conduct meetings, site visits, and follow-ups to drive conversions and achieve sales targets. Manage end-to-end deal closures, including documentation, agreements, payments, and registration coordination. Maintain accurate records of leads, bookings, closures, and collections in CRM. Resolve customer queries promptly and ensure a seamless buying experience from first contact to final handover. Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing to support sales strategy. Support cross-selling/upselling opportunities to maximize revenue. Ensure adherence to company processes and regulatory compliance including RERA.
