Coordinate and conduct site visits, virtual tours, and client meetings.
Address client queries on pricing, inventory, payment plans, and documentation.
Build strong client relationships and manage objections professionally.
Negotiate terms and ensure smooth deal closures with proper documentation.
Coordinate with legal, CRM, and sales teams for seamless post-sale handover.
Maintain accurate records of follow-ups, visits, conversions, and feedback.
Share client insights with marketing and sourcing teams to improve lead quality.
Meet monthly closure and revenue targets.
Required Skills
Experience in real estate sales or closing roles.
