Job Summary:



We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Closing Manager to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing qualified leads, engaging with prospective buyers, coordinating site visits, addressing queries, and ensuring a seamless journey from interest to booking. This role is crucial in driving deal closures for residential or commercial real estate projects, while delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the process.

Roles & Responsibilities:



Lead Handling & Follow-Up:

Engage with hot and warm leads passed on by the sourcing or pre-sales team. Provide timely follow-ups, maintain regular communication, and ensure effective lead nurturing.

Client Coordination:

Schedule and conduct site visits, virtual walkthroughs, or in-person meetings. Address client questions regarding pricing, inventory, payment plans, and legal documentation.

Relationship Management:

Build strong rapport with prospective buyers to establish trust and transparency. Handle objections professionally and guide clients through the decision-making process.

Deal Closure:

Negotiate terms, manage documentation, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to successfully close bookings. Ensure all compliance checks and payment processes are followed.

Documentation & Handover:

Ensure all legal, commercial, and technical documents are clearly explained and signed. Liaise with legal and CRM teams for smooth post-sales transition.

Sales Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of follow-ups, site visits, conversion rates, and customer feedback. Prepare periodic sales performance reports for review.

Collaboration:

Coordinate with the marketing, sourcing, and CRM teams to ensure client needs are met and handovers are seamless. Provide feedback to improve lead quality and client communication.

Required Skills:



Proven experience in real estate sales or closing roles. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand customer needs and handle high-value transactions. Detail-oriented with excellent documentation and organizational skills. Comfortable using CRM tools and sales tracking systems.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in a client-facing real estate sale or closing role. Familiarity with property documentation, legal terms, and financial instruments related to real estate sales.
