The Closing Manager will oversee and manage the entire sales closing process for real estate transactions. This role ensures that all documentation, legal requirements, and financial settlements are completed accurately and on time. The Closing Manager acts as the key link between customers, internal teams, legal advisors, and financial institutions, ensuring a smooth and transparent experience for buyers.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end closing process for property sales.
Coordinate with sales, legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure accuracy in agreements and documentation.
Verify and finalize all legal and statutory compliance requirements before handover.
Maintain accurate records of transactions, agreements, and payments.
Guide customers through the final stages of property purchase, ensuring clarity on documentation and timelines.
Resolve discrepancies or issues related to contracts, payments, or compliance.
Ensure smooth possession and handover process to clients.
Monitor closure timelines to meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Develop and implement efficient closing procedures to enhance customer satisfaction.
