Job Description

1) 1. Team Leadership:
? Recruit, train, and manage a team of real estate agents.
? Set clear performance targets and provide coaching to drive results.

2) 2. Sales Strategy:
? Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
? Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for growth.

3) 3. Client Relationships:
? Build and maintain strong client relationships.
? Assist agents in negotiations to close deals effectively.

4) 4. Sales Reporting:
? Prepare and analyse sales reports for performance tracking.
? Provide regular updates to senior management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
