Closing Manager Real Estate

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Manage and convert warm leads generated through marketing and site visits into successful bookings. Act as the single point of contact for clients from post-site visit till final sale closure. Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and concerns. Conduct price negotiations, assist in financial discussions, and guide clients through paperwork and booking formalities. Coordinate with internal sales teams, channel partners, and developers to ensure smooth communication and quick resolution of queries. Track and maintain accurate sales records and client interactions in the CRM system. Ensure timely follow-ups, document collection, and payment scheduling. Identify and remove bottlenecks in the closing process to improve conversion efficiency.

Requirements:



2-4 years of experience in real estate sales or client management (closing experience is a must). Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Comfortable with CRM tools and sales tracking. Ability to handle multiple clients and deals simultaneously. Highly organized, deadline-driven, and customer-focused.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
