Closing Manager - Commercial Real Estate
to handle high-value commercial leasing closures and negotiations. The role focuses on converting qualified leads into successful transactions by managing client meetings, site visits, negotiations, and final deal closures for office and commercial properties.
Role & Responsibilities
Handle serious and qualified commercial leasing leads and convert them into closures.
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and detailed property presentations.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable commercial properties.
Lead negotiations on commercial terms including rent, lease tenure, lock-in period, escalation, and fit-out timelines.
Prepare and finalize LOIs, term sheets, and agreements in coordination with legal and operations teams.
Act as the main point of contact between tenant, landlord, and internal teams until deal closure.
Maintain accurate deal records and closure reports in CRM.
Build long-term relationships with corporate clients and channel partners.
Support sales and business development teams in closing large and strategic deals.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (MBA preferred).
4-8 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing or corporate sales.
Proven track record of closing commercial leasing deals.
Strong knowledge of lease documentation and negotiation process.
