We're hiring a Closing Manager to handle end-to-end real estate transactions--from client meetings to final paperwork. If you're great at managing deals, negotiating, and ensuring smooth closings, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare financial reports and ROI estimates for clients
Meet clients to discuss proposals, budgets, and timelines
Review vendor bids and contracts for compliance
Monitor project budgets and timelines
Handle all legal and closing documentation (purchase contracts, title, escrow, etc.)
Stay in touch with clients throughout the project lifecycle
Negotiate pricing based on market trends
Conduct site visits and convert leads into deals
Achieve monthly sales targets and support cross-selling
Collaborate with sales team to deliver top-notch service
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (Real Estate/Finance preferred)
Real estate license/certification is a plus
2-3 years in real estate sales or closing management
Strong negotiation, closing, and communication skills
Knowledge of property laws, market trends, and CRM tools
Team leadership experience is a bonus
