Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented
Closing Manager
to oversee the final stages of property sales transactions. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating between clients, sales teams, and legal/documentation departments to ensure smooth closure of deals and timely property handovers.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the
end-to-end property closing process
, from booking confirmation to final registration and possession.
Coordinate with clients for document collection, verification, and payment schedules.
Liaise with internal departments (sales, legal, accounts, registration, and CRM teams).
Ensure accuracy in all paperwork and compliance with company and regulatory norms.
Prepare sale agreements, allotment letters, and registration documents.
Follow up with customers for payments and document submissions.
Handle client queries and maintain a positive customer experience during the closing phase.
Maintain proper records of all deals closed and generate daily / weekly reports.
Support post-sale services, including possession formalities and NOC issuance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of
real estate sales documentation
, agreements, and RERA compliance.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and coordination abilities.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to handle clients professionally and maintain confidentiality.
