Key Responsibilities:
?Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
?Identify and engage potential investors, corporate clients, and businesses looking for commercial properties.
?Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closure.
?Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, brokers, and key industry stakeholders.
?Conduct market research and provide insights on pricing, trends, and competition.
?Negotiate and finalize deals while ensuring legal compliance.
?Collaborate with marketing and business development teams for lead generation campaigns.
?Provide regular sales reports and performance updates to senior management.
