Role Overview
We are looking for a target-driven Sales Manager / Closing Sales Executive to handle end-to-end property sales, from lead conversion to deal closure. The role is purely sales-oriented and focuses on client acquisition, site visits, negotiation, and closing residential and commercial real estate deals.
Key Responsibilities (Sales Only)
Generate, qualify, and convert leads into successful property sales.
Handle client inquiries through calls, meetings, and site visits.
Present property options clearly based on client requirements and budget.
Conduct property site visits and follow-ups to maximize conversions.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and finalize deals with clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
Coordinate internally with CRM and documentation teams after deal closure.
Update daily sales activities, leads, and closures in CRM.
Stay updated with market trends, pricing, and competitor offerings.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in real estate sales (residential or commercial).
Strong closing skills with a proven sales track record.
Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
Self-motivated, confident, and customer-focused approach.
