Position Overview



The

Senior Sales Manager

will be responsible for managing the

entire sales cycle up to the deal negotiation stage

, ensuring a strong lead pipeline, effective client engagement, and consistent achievement of sales targets. This role focuses on generating, nurturing, and advancing leads to the closing stage -- working in close coordination with the

Closing Manager

and other internal teams.

Key Responsibilities



Manage and drive the complete sales process from

lead generation to negotiation

, ensuring smooth handover to the Closing Manager for finalization. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and project goals. Engage with prospective clients, conduct meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand their requirements. Build and maintain a strong network of

corporates, investors, brokers, and channel partners

to continuously generate business leads. Coordinate with the marketing team for lead campaigns, promotional activities, and events. Maintain accurate lead and client data using CRM systems, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates. Prepare sales forecasts, activity reports, and performance metrics for management. Stay updated on commercial real estate trends, project launches, pricing strategies, and competitor movements. Ensure seamless collaboration with the Closing, Legal, and Marketing teams to deliver an excellent client experience.

Qualifications & Experience



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (MBA preferred). 6-10 years of experience in

commercial real estate sales, client acquisition, or business development

. Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and deliver consistent lead-to-conversion ratios. Strong knowledge of the Navi Mumbai and MMR commercial property markets. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in CRM and MS Office tools. Goal-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
