Job Summary



We are seeking a highly driven and result-oriented

Closing Manager

who will take complete ownership of

closing B2B clients

across Mumbai and Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate must come from the

door manufacturing or interior industry

and should be capable of managing the

entire sales lifecycle

, from lead qualification and client meetings to negotiations, closure, and SOP-driven execution.

This role is for someone who

owns revenue numbers

, leads from the front, and builds a structured, repeatable sales process.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Closure & Revenue Ownership



Take complete ownership of

closing all assigned and generated leads

. Conduct face-to-face meetings with builders, architects, contractors, and developers. Drive negotiations, pricing discussions, and commercial finalization. Ensure timely order confirmation and coordination for execution.

Lead Generation & Pipeline Management



Generate new leads through site visits, references, industry networking, and existing client base. Qualify leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. Work closely with pre-sales and sales support teams to move leads towards closure.

Field Sales & Travel



Travel extensively across

Mumbai and Navi Mumbai

for client meetings, site visits, and follow-ups. Represent the brand professionally at sites, offices, and industry meetings.

Sales Process & SOP Development



Create, document, and implement a

clear Sales SOP

covering: Lead handling Client follow-ups Quotation process Negotiation & closure Order handover to operations Ensure SOP adherence across the sales team for consistency and efficiency.

Team & Cross-Functional Coordination



Coordinate with

operations, production, purchase, and accounts teams

to ensure smooth execution post-closure. Mentor junior sales executives and guide them toward effective closures.

Reporting & Performance Tracking



Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and closure data using CRM or Excel. Share weekly and monthly performance updates with management.

Key Skills & Requirements



6-10 years of

B2B sales and closing experience

, strictly from

door manufacturing, interiors, or building materials industry

. Proven track record of

high-value deal closures

with builders and developers. Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills. Deep understanding of

doors, frames, measurements, site conditions, and execution challenges

. Ability to work independently with complete ownership of targets. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
