About the Role

We're building a high-performance sales squad at D'quor Spaces -- a collective of closers who don't just sell real estate, they sell lifestyle, legacy, and long-term value.

As a Senior Relationship Associate, you'll lead the frontlines of our luxury villa and leisure plotting projects -- representing curated communities that blend nature, design, and investment opportunity.

This isn't about quick transactions. It's about curating ownership experiences for clients who seek exclusivity, comfort, and growth. You'll be the bridge between aspiration and acquisition -- guiding clients from interest to investment.

What You'll Do (Your Game Plan)

Lead the Closing Frontline


Conduct daily virtual presentations and discovery sessions with high-intent buyers.
Present D'quor Spaces' portfolio as a mix of lifestyle and investment excellence.
Handle premium clients with empathy and authority -- taking every EOI to close.

Mentor & Manage Junior Associates


Guide 3-4 Jr. Relationship Associates on lead qualification and client communication.
Run weekly sales huddles and closing drills to sharpen their approach.
Lead by example with your presentation skills and conversion ratios.

Own Your Numbers


Deliver consistent closures and maintain strong VC-to-EOI conversions.
Track performance transparently in CRM -- with full ownership of your pipeline.
Hit monthly targets and help the team achieve collective sales goals.

Collaborate Across Teams


Share on-ground insights with marketing to refine campaigns.
Coordinate with CRM and post-sales for smooth client handovers.
Participate in events, open houses, and investor meets across projects.
