Job Description

Manage the

entire closing process

from booking to registration and handover. Coordinate with

clients, sales team, legal advisors, and accounts department

to ensure timely execution of agreements. Verify and maintain accuracy of

all legal, financial, and compliance documents

required for closure. Ensure

collections of pending payments

are completed before final closure. Oversee

loan disbursement processes

with banks and financial institutions. Prepare and maintain

closing MIS reports

for management. Ensure smooth

handover of possession

and resolve any client queries during the closing stage. Liaise with external stakeholders such as

lawyers, registrars, and government offices

when required. Ensure

regulatory compliance

with RERA and other statutory requirements. Support in

audit requirements

by maintaining proper records of closed deals
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
