We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused
Assistant Closing Manager - Sales
to manage the end-to-end closing process for residential or commercial real estate sales. This role ensures a seamless transition from booking to final agreement execution, coordinating across internal teams and ensuring documentation accuracy, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
1. Sales Closing Coordination:
Manage the sales closing process from customer booking to agreement registration
Coordinate with legal, finance, CRM, and sales teams to ensure timely documentation and payment tracking
Ensure all pre-closure conditions are met, including KYC verification, payment milestones, and approvals
2. Customer Engagement:
Act as the primary point of contact for buyers during the closing phase
Guide customers through documentation, agreement signing, and registration processes
Address and resolve any concerns or queries related to closing in a professional and timely manner
3. Documentation & Compliance:
Verify and manage documentation such as allotment letters, sales agreements, registration deeds, etc.
Ensure adherence to RERA and company-specific regulatory compliance during the closing process
Maintain proper records and audit trails for all closings
4. Financial Coordination:
Work with finance teams to reconcile payments and ensure timely milestone collections
Coordinate with banks for home loan disbursement tracking and documentation
Provide support in issuing NOCs, payment receipts, and tax documentation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
