Job Summary:

The Closing Manager will be responsible for managing and executing the end-to-end process of real estate deal closures. This role involves coordinating with clients, banks, legal teams, and internal departments to ensure smooth documentation, compliance, and timely closure of property transactions. The ideal candidate should have strong negotiation, documentation, and customer-handling skills with an in-depth understanding of real estate closing procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the entire closing process for property transactions from booking to final registration.

Coordinate with sales, sourcing, and operations teams to ensure all client documentation is complete and accurate.

Liaise with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions for loan processing and disbursement.

Ensure legal and compliance checks are conducted (agreement to sell, sale deed, stamp duty, registration, etc.).

Maintain clear communication with clients regarding payments, documents required, and process timelines.

Resolve client queries and provide regular updates until handover/possession.

Prepare MIS reports on deal closures, registrations, and revenue realization.

Collaborate with CRM teams for smooth post-sale support.

Ensure adherence to RERA and other regulatory requirements.

Manage escalations and provide solutions to avoid delays in closures.

Requirements:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.

4-8 years of experience in real estate sales/operations, preferably in closing management.

Strong knowledge of property registration, stamp duty, and loan disbursement processes.

Excellent negotiation and client-handling skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
