We're hiring a Closing Sales Representative with strong experience in the South Bombay real estate market. This role demands sharp negotiation skills, a deep understanding of high-value residential sales, and the ability to drive closures efficiently. You'll also be responsible for maintaining daily MIS reports to track leads, site visits, and deal status.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle high-net-worth clientele and drive deal closures in the SoBo micro-market
Conduct property walkthroughs and negotiate transaction terms
Maintain accurate, up-to-date
daily MIS reports
on lead progress, site visits, and closures
Prepare agreements, coordinate documentation, and ensure timely closures
Support onboarding and training of new sales executives
Maintain strong post-sale relationships to ensure client satisfaction
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in real estate sales, with strong exposure to the
SoBo market / Luxury Sales
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
Proficient in
daily reporting tools / MIS (Excel/CRM platforms)
Self-starter with a performance-driven mindset
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
