We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate
Closing Executives / Managers
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, negotiating deals, and closing transactions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects and contribute to the growth and success of our company.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
Required Male/Female Candidate
Graduate in any field (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).
Minimum 5-6 years of related working experience, in real estate on-site sales / walk-in customer handling Strong presentation, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.
Good knowledge of real estate market, RERA norms, and loan processes.
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
Individually handled or capable of handling with through knowledge of all ascpects of real Estate Sales

Location Central Suburbs ( Kalyan Dombivli preferred)
MAJOR ROLE :
All aspects of Sales in Real Estate
Welcome and attend to all walk-in customers at the project site.
Present project details, floor plans, pricing, payment schedules, and offers.
Conduct negotiations and finalize deals to achieve sales targets.
Co-ordinate site visits, model flat visits, and explain amenities to customers.
Maintain updated knowledge of pricing, inventory, offers, and competitor projects.
Client interactions post-sales, coordinate with internal departments (Legal, CRM, Finance, and Sales), and ensure timely documentation, agreement execution, and payment collection as per company policies.
The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, addressing queries related to agreements, registrations, and handovers, and ensuring compliance with all statutory and legal requirements.
Prepare daily sales reports, customer databases, and follow-ups.
Ensure excellent customer experience and build long-term client relationships.

Liaise with CRM, finance, and documentation teams for smooth post-sales process.
Post Sales Documentation co-ordination with customer
Prepare daily sales reports, customer databases, and follow-ups.
Ensure excellent customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
Meeting Pre-set Targets.
Any other work as assigned by the management.
