Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused
Closing Manager
to oversee the final stage of real estate transactions. The role involves handling customer documentation, coordinating with internal departments, ensuring timely collections, and supporting the client from booking to final agreement registration. The ideal candidate will have experience in post-sales client coordination, documentation, and working closely with finance and legal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the entire post-booking to closing process for residential and/or commercial units
Coordinate with sales, CRM, accounts, and legal teams for timely agreement execution
Ensure all customer documentation (KYC, payment schedule, application forms, etc.) is collected and verified
Liaise with clients for agreement signing, stamp duty & registration process
Follow up for payment collections as per defined milestones
Maintain accurate records of customer status and handovers
Assist in resolving client queries related to payments, agreements, or documentation
Provide excellent customer service throughout the closing process
Track closure timelines and ensure compliance with internal SOPs
Candidate Requirements:
Graduate in any stream; additional diploma or certification in real estate, sales, or finance is a plus
2-4 years of experience in real estate customer coordination or back-end closing roles
Strong knowledge of real estate sales processes, documentation, and agreement procedures
Good communication skills - verbal and written
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Basic understanding of taxation (GST, TDS), RERA, and home loan coordination is an advantage
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic CRM tools
Preferred Qualities:
Experience in interacting with HNI clients
Ability to handle multiple closures simultaneously
Familiarity with project CRMs and ERP systems
Customer-first approach and positive attitude

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
