We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Closing Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales and a proven track record in closing high-ticket deals. The role requires a strategic thinker with excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
oClient Management:
1. Engage with potential clients and provide detailed insights into the project offerings.
2. Build strong rapport with clients to understand their requirements and financial preferences.
3. Guide clients through the decision-making process, ensuring a smooth and transparent experience.
oSales Closure:
1.Effectively handle price negotiations and close deals within the defined ticket size of ?70 Lakhs to ?15 Crores.
2. Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed closure targets.
3. Ensure timely execution of sales agreements and documentation.
oStrategic Planning:
1.Develop and implement strategies to improve sales conversion rates.
2.Analyze market trends and competitor performance to identify new opportunities. 3.Work closely with the marketing and sourcing teams to optimize lead conversion.
oPost-Sales Coordination:
1.Manage post-sale activities, including follow-ups on payment schedules and registration. 2.Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and support.
Requirements:
oMinimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in closing high-value deals.
oProven track record of handling ticket sizes ranging from ?70 Lakhs to ?15 Crores.
oStrong understanding of the Mumbai real estate market, particularly the Western Line.
oExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
oAbility to work independently and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
oProficiency in CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
