Responsibilities
Act as the key point of contact for clients from booking intent to final closure.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
Provide complete support to clients in documentation, payment schedules, legal queries, and site visits if required.
Coordinate closely with developer sales teams for unit blocking, inventory updates, scheme communications, and booking formalities.
Ensure alignment with the developer's processes, policies, and documentation requirements.
Work with the sourcing and site visit teams to ensure lead handover and client readiness.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in a real estate CP firm or developer setup in a closing/client-handling role at Thane Market.
Strong understanding of the sales cycle, especially the closing phase.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi
Ability to multitask and manage multiple client deals simultaneously.
Confidence in dealing with both HNI and first-time homebuyers.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and digital documentation.
