Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and execute the
property closing process
from booking to registration. Coordinate withclients, developers, and internal teams
to ensure timely completion of transactions. Maintain accurate records ofbooking forms, payment schedules, and legal documentation.
Facilitatesite visits, negotiations, and final deal discussions
with clients. Build and maintain strongclient relationships
to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Track and follow up on allpost-sales activities
including agreement signing, loan processing, and possession handovers. Resolve client queries efficiently to ensure a seamless experience. Work closely with thesales, sourcing, and home loan teams
for coordination. Meet monthlyclosure and revenue targets.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
