Responsibilities:
Generate new leads through calls, emails, and social media
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable software solutions
Present and promote products/services to clients
Follow up with leads and close sales
Work with technical teams to ensure smooth delivery
Maintain records using CRM tools
Requirements:
1+ year of experience in sales or marketing (IT/software preferred)
Good communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of CRM tools like Zoho/HubSpot is a plus
Self-driven and result-oriented
