We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Clinical tester to support and shape the future of cancer care
This role is ideal for candidates who have very good understanding of healthcare domain/technology and are eager to grow in the medical imaging and cancer care domain.
You will primarily work with Sales and installation teams to setup the customer specific software workflows and demonstrate the cancer care workflow of Varian software.
However, you are also expected to work with experienced product owners, R&D and clinical teams to define and deliver value-driven features that improve Cancer care
Responsibilities

  • Work with the sales team to demonstrate the power of Varian software workflows to customers.
  • Collaborate, help and guide the installation teams to setup and maintain customer centric workflows in the labs and experience center.
  • Bridge the gap between clinical needs and technical development, ensuring the product effectively addresses user requirements and clinical workflows.
  • Translate complex clinical requirements into acceptance criteria, ensuring that the development team understands the needs of clinical workflows.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements specific to Varian software.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (engineering, quality, PO, clinical teams) to track progress and clarify requirements
  • Prioritize and test features based on clinical value, feasibility, and impact.
  • Active participation in grooming, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and product review meetings with impactful outcome
  • Ensure that the delivered product meets clinical, regulatory, and user experience standards.
  • Support product development activities through participation in Agile ceremonies (e.g., stand-ups, sprint planning).
  • work closely with clinical experts to ensure product design aligns with clinical workflows.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings in CT modality.
  • Participate in system verification/validation and clinical evaluations where needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Clinical or research experience involving Linacs, cancer care procedures practice management
  • Experience working with radiologists or oncologists
  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Radiology Technology or any equivalent degree
  • Minimum 6-8 years of working experience in hospital setup and Cancer Care area
  • Sound knowledge of Clinical Workflows, Anatomy& Physiology.
  • Strong proficiency in medical imaging and cancer care practice management.
  • Excellent Communication and Co-ordination skill
