Key Responsibilities

Train slimming therapists, consultants, and clinic staff on

treatment protocols, SOPs, and client handling

Conduct

induction training

for new joiners Provide regular

refresher training

and performance coaching Ensure correct execution of

slimming treatments, body contouring & wellness procedures

Monitor staff performance and suggest improvement plans Maintain

training records, manuals, and reports

Coordinate with clinic manager & doctors to align training with business goals Ensure compliance with

clinic standards, hygiene & safety protocols

Support clinics during

new branch openings

if required

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience as a

Clinic Trainer / Senior Therapist / Slimming Consultant

Good knowledge of

slimming treatments, body contouring, inch loss & wellness therapies

Strong

communication & presentation skills

Ability to train, motivate, and evaluate clinic staff Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, reports, WhatsApp coordination) Willingness to travel between branches (if required)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
