Perform wellness, slimming, inch-loss, and body therapies as per standard protocols.
Assess client needs before treatment and maintain detailed treatment notes.
Ensure all therapy machines and equipment are used safely and efficiently.
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and readiness of the therapy rooms at all times.
Guide clients through the treatment process and explain post-treatment care.
Coordinate with dieticians, wellness experts, and front office teams for client flow.
Ensure excellent client service and address client concerns professionally.
Support in achieving branch targets through quality treatments and follow-ups.
Assist in stock management, treatment consumables, and daily treatment logs.
Maintain confidentiality and follow all company safety and compliance standards.
