About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Advise present or prospective customers by answering incoming calls on rotational shifts; operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems and other telecommunications technologies
2. Assist CTCs in completing their task
3. Act as a liaison amongst teleradiologists, CTCs and the tech support team
4. Work on assisting, facilitating, maintaining, providing information, monitoring and fostering positive relationships within tele-team
5. Submit activity reports on a daily basis to the concerned authorities

Additional Information:

We are looking for an energetic, self-driven trainee to assist our clinical telecoordinators. He/she will be responsible for assisting coordinators in performing their tasks and even sometimes work as a substitute in their absence.
