The Clinical Coordinator will play a key role in supporting clinical operations by coordinating patient communication, managing schedules, and ensuring efficient workflow between providers and patients. This role requires excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills, along with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced medical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls with patients and healthcare providers in a professional and timely manner.
Coordinate patient appointments, follow-ups, and documentation to ensure smooth clinical operations.
Maintain accurate records and update patient information as required.
Support providers with administrative and scheduling needs.
Ensure all communication and coordination adhere to confidentiality and compliance standards.
Collaborate with the clinical team to improve efficiency and patient experience.
Take feedback constructively and adapt quickly to new processes or tools.
Qualifications & Skills:
Previous
calling experience
in a healthcare or administrative setting preferred.
Strong
organizational and multitasking skills
with great attention to detail.
Coachable
and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Background in healthcare, nursing, psychology, or any other
medical field
is a strong advantage.
Comfortable working during
US hours (Tuesday to Saturday)
