The individual will be recognized as the
"go-to" person
for coordination across markets, CEOs, and matrixed teams, driving strategic planning, governance, and executive communication. This includes
developing compelling presentations and narratives for senior leadership
, facilitating decision-making, and ensuring operational excellence across programs.
Expanded Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
Act as a trusted advisor to the CMO, providing strategic counsel and ensuring alignment of priorities across the leadership team.
Drive executive-level communications, including
creating high-impact presentations, dashboards, and briefing materials for senior leadership and Board-level discussions

Serve as a central point of coordination for enterprise-wide initiatives, ensuring clarity of objectives and accountability for outcomes.
Facilitate leadership meetings, set agendas, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up.
Portfolio & Program Governance
Lead overall clinical portfolio schedule and progress (scope, milestones, interdependencies, status, budget, resources, issues, and risks).
Provide a
single source of truth
for portfolio status reporting to Leadership, Advisory, and Executive Steering Teams.
Proactively identify and escalate portfolio issues and risks, facilitating mitigation plans.
Align with IT and portfolio organizations for Epic development/delivery, managing large, complex, and highly visible programs using Agile methodologies.
Partner with Finance, Operations, Sales, Technology, D&A, and vendor partners to ensure integrated delivery.
Lead communication and change efforts across all project teams, instituting a continuous feedback loop.
Coordinate across markets to support change management for internal and external stakeholders.
Data-Driven Decision Support
Analyze data to derive insights, inform decisions, and measure performance against KPIs.
Support business case development and strategic planning processes.
Identify and capture organization efficiencies and improvement opportunities.
Minimum Experience & Skills:
5+ years of project/program management experience
, preferably in healthcare or managed care.
Proven ability to
create executive-level presentations and strategic narratives
that influence senior leadership decisions.
Strong business acumen and ability to quickly learn new domains.
Experience functioning in a heavily matrixed environment with demonstrated ability to influence without authority.
Exceptional communication skills (oral, written, and visual), including
storytelling and data visualization for leadership audiences
.
Critical thinker with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
Ability to balance long-term strategic initiatives with short-term operational priorities.
Familiarity with automated processes, enterprise systems, and Agile methodologies.
