Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinical SAS Trainer to deliver high-quality training sessions to aspiring clinical research professionals. This is a Full-time role, ideal for working professionals or consultants looking to contribute to talent development in healthcare analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver structured training modules on Clinical SAS programming Facilitate interactive classroom sessions, hands-on labs, and real-time case studies Evaluate learners' performance through assessments and provide constructive feedback Ensure alignment with current industry trends, regulatory expectations, and real-world applications Support learners with mentorship and guidance throughout the training lifecycle

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Clinical SAS programming Strong foundation in clinical research processes, data management, and regulatory compliance Experience or exposure to Critical Care Medicine and Research Methodologies is an advantage Proficiency with SAS 9.4 software and SQL Familiarity with R programming language Proven ability to deliver training sessions effectively (in-person or virtual) Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills SAS Certification is highly desirable Master's degree in clinical research, Life Sciences, Medicine, or related field
