Job Responsibilities:
Chart Review:
Examine patient medical records to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Verify correct coding of diagnoses, treatments, and procedures.
Compliance & Quality Assurance:
Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, ICD-10) and institutional guidelines.
Maintain high standards of documentation accuracy and integrity.
Data Validation:
Confirm that all relevant medical data, including physician notes, test results, and patient histories, are appropriately documented and valid.
Coding Review:
