Job Description


We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Clinical Research Trainer to join our team. The Clinical Research Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs to enhance the knowledge and skills of clinical research professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical research, excellent presentation and communication skills, and a passion for education and professional development. Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive training programs and materials for clinical research professionals at various levels, including study coordinators, investigators, and clinical research associates. Conduct training needs assessments to identify knowledge gaps and training requirements within the organization. Design and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and seminars on topics such as Good Clinical Practice (GCP), research regulations, protocol development, data collection, and study management. Utilize various training methodologies, including classroom instruction, e-learning modules, webinars, and hands-on workshops, to accommodate different learning styles and maximize knowledge retention. Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal stakeholders to ensure training content aligns with industry standards, best practices, and company policies. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback surveys, and performance evaluations. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and update training materials as needed to reflect changes in regulations, protocols, or industry trends. Provide individual coaching and mentoring to clinical research professionals, offering guidance and support in their career development. Stay updated on emerging trends, new research methodologies, and regulatory requirements in the field of clinical research. Maintain accurate training records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal quality assurance requirements. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor s degree in a relevant scientific discipline (Master s degree preferred). Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical research, including hands-on experience in conducting clinical trials and knowledge of relevant regulations and guidelines. Proven experience in designing and delivering effective training programs for adult learners. Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners. Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and other relevant regulations (e.g., ICH guidelines, FDA regulations). Familiarity with clinical research protocols, study design, data collection methods, and study management processes. Proficient in using e-learning platforms, multimedia tools, and learning management systems. Certification in clinical research (e.g., ACRP, SOCRA) is highly desirable. Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple training initiatives concurrently. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
