Job Summary:

The Clinical Research Operator will be responsible for supporting the conduct of clinical trials in compliance with ICH-GCP guidelines, study protocols, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). The role involves hands-on work with instruments, coordination of study-related activities, and ensuring accurate documentation to maintain the integrity and quality of research data.#

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct clinical trials in accordance with ICH-GCP guidelines, study protocols, and SOPs.
Operate, handle, and maintain instruments as per SOPs and manufacturer manuals.
Document instrument data accurately and maintain calibration records within defined timelines.
Perform regular instrument calibration and ensure proper record keeping.
Coordinate with floor teams to facilitate smooth execution of study activities.
Assist in scheduling subjects for study visits and ensure adherence to timelines.
Ensure timely submission of study-related data for analysis.
Report any concerns, deviations, or anomalies to the line manager immediately and follow up until resolution or escalate to management when necessary.#

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
Prior experience in a clinical research or laboratory environment preferred.
Knowledge of ICH-GCP and clinical trial procedures.
Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced research environment.
