SENIOR CLINICAL RESEARCH (AYURVEDA)COORDINATOR



Purpose:



Senior Clinical Research Ayurveda) Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating with the various stake holders for the successful progress and delivery of Clinical Research programs as per the laid down plans. The role is designed to provide multi-dimensional support to the Research Team for the continuous Clinical Research & Development (R&D), collaboration, and impactful contributions to scientific literature.

Key Responsibilities include:



1.

Research Coordination:



o Extend all possible support to the Research team for the smooth progress and delivery of Research program as per the plan

o Attend meetings and record minutes of meeting and share contents for further follow up.

o Coordinate with stakeholders to meet the expectations of both internal teams and external collaborators.

2.

Content Writing:



o Take inputs from the team and prepare contents for vetting

o Support Research team for publishing articles in peer-reviewed international journals to establish our leadership in evidence-based Ayurveda.

3.

Clinical data gathering & Documentation:



o Coordinate and collect clinical research data, process and provide data as per the requirements of the team

o Share insights on Ayurveda's relevance to contemporary health challenges, focusing on integrative medicine and holistic wellness.

4.

Academic Collaborations:



o Coordinate with universities, research institutions, and healthcare organizations for the development of clinical research programs.

o Support initiatives to foster innovation in Ayurvedic formulations, services, and wellness solutions through evidence-based clinical research.

5.

Clinical Trial Coordination:



o Coordinate with stake holders including community for the successful completion of clinical research programs

o Also responsible for follow up, data collection and other related activities of clinical trials

Ideal Candidate Profile:



A

MD or Ph.D. in Ayurveda, Life Sciences, or related fields

is preferred. Candidates with

MD or Ph.D. Ayurveda

and a proven track record in high-impact research will be given preference.

Demonstrated experience in publishing articles in internationally recognized, peer-reviewed scientific journals, preferably in the area of Clinical Research.

Expertise in Ayurveda, pharmacology, or integrative medicine with a strong commitment to advancing Ayurvedic science.

Excellent leadership and project management skills to guide multidisciplinary teams.

Strong networking ability to build partnerships with academic institutions, funding agencies, and industry stakeholders.

Publish high-quality clinical research to enhance the scientific credibility of Ayurveda internationally.

Strengthen collaborations and secure substantial funding to sustain and expand research activities.

This role is pivotal in ensuring that Ayurveda becomes a scientifically validated and globally accepted healthcare system. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader, passionate about transforming traditional knowledge into actionable, evidence-based solutions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
