Advert for Clinical Research Associate Position: clinical research associate with a reputed department in a leading Hospital of Chandigarh tricity region Age preference: 20-35 years Gender: Neutral ( Male or female) Minimum qualification: Phd /MBBS/ BDS/ BSc in Statistics/ BSc in Public health or any other suitable graduate degree with proficiency/ knowledge about medical writing and publishing Salary: INR 25,000/- INR 30000/-, per month (as per experience and potential), incentive based salary can be considered as well. In case of a trained/ experienced candidate with prior experience in publishing, higher pay scales may be considered. For exceptionally good candidates a retainer cum incentive model is open. Location: Tri-City (Chandigarh) Professional competencies, among other things:

• Must be familiar with basic protocols of medical writing and publishing including review of literature and bibliography.
• Excellent knowledge about various medical journals and scientific databases such as Pubmed
• Knowledge different types of articles which can be written Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in English language Proficiency in MS word, Power point and Excel Knowledge of SPSS is desirable
• Should have done thesis work so that knows the basics of medical writing

Key deliverables, among other things:

• You will be responsible to compile medical data of patients.
• You will be required to communicate to various journals on email.
• You should be able to draft a manuscript and bibliography.
• You should be responsible to submit manuscript to journals and follow them up for corrections and reviews.
